Annah Wangari Kinyanjui

We are sad to announce the passing on of Annah Wangari Kinyanjui. She was the Loving and devoted wife of the late Elder Simon Kinyanjui Kariuki. Mother to Kariuki Kinyanjui, Timothy Kinyanjui & Esther Kinyanjui-Mburu. Mother-in-law of Cecilia Kariuki, Beth Muiruri & Nigel Mburu. Grandmother of Wangari Kariuki, Kinyanjui Kariuki & Kinyanjui Muiruri. She was daughter to the late Sospeter Muiruri & the late Hellen Muiruri. Sister to Josephine, Lydia, the Late Ngige, Andrew, Silas, Pharis, Nyamweru, Fredrick & Margaret. Daughter-in-law to the late Wilson Kariuki & the late Esther Kariuki. Sister-in-law to the Late Martha, Harun, the late Nahashon, Johana, Penis, Samson, Rev Njoroge, Isaac, Githinji, the [ate Waweru, Mwai, the late Mwaura, the Late Wangari, Muthoni, Wanjiru & Wahito. She was cousin and aunt to many.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at her home in Ruiru. The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on 9th December, 2016 at 9.15 am for a funeral service at P.C.E.A. Ruiru Town Church beginning from 10.00am. Burial will follow thereafter at Mr. & Mrs. Harun Njenga Kariuki’s farm in Githioro, Gathiru-ini, Komothai location, Kiambu County.
