Brian Mwenge Wangia

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Brun Mwenge Wangu on the 27th of April 2026.

Beloved son of Peter Oluka Wangia and Felistas Khabetsa Ingosi until his death in a plane crash in South Sudan

Mwenge was a devoted husband of Maureen Syombua and an outsunding father to his belovd daughter Shannel Khabetsa.

He leaves behind two loving brothers Kennedy Ingosi and Nevills Lubuka.

Loving uncle of Pharrell Ingosi, Phareed Ingosi,  Babra Ingosi, Treva Chidi, Praxides Milemba, Raul Weteride, Innocent, Rapheal, Brenda, Fortune and Praise Yolanda.

Wonderful cousin of Pamela Ingosi, Mackline Ingosi, Edward Khaemba, Lydia Mutuva, Alfa Khaemba, Moureen Ingosi, Edith and Evalyne Khaembs.

Until his sudden demise, he was a dedicated staff to the Kenya Commercial Bank where he served as Branch Manager YEI branch South Sudan.

The cortege will leave the Kakamega County Referral Hospital Funeral Parlour  on Friday, 16th July 2026 to their home in Lurambi Sub-County, Butsotso East, Mulunyu Village, Sicharai Market for the funeral service on 17th July 2026
