Son of John Kamencu and Peninah Kamami Kamencu. Loving husband of Lucy Patrick of Civil Registration office Maua.

Son-in-law of Julius Nyamu and Pauline Nyamu. Father of Timothy, Ivy, Christian and Patricia. Brother of Lillian, Margaret, Fridah, Dorothy, Ann, Mary, Eunice, Carol, Edwin and Emily. Brother-in-law of Jacinta, Salome, Kibaara, the late Mwenda, Murithi, Kagwiria, Robert, Sammy, josphat,Alex, Major Muthaura and Doc Njeru. Uncle of Kimathi, Jeff, Victor, Tracy, Phill Collins, Becky, Lenix, Ray, Tirzah, Teninnah, Cedric and Tim. Cousin of many.

Friends are meeting daily at Midland Hotel Maua from 6.30 pm to 8pm and Victoria Hotel Laare from 6.30pm to 8pm.

The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home at 9am on Thursday 20th April 2017 for the funeral service at Maua Primary School grounds and there after interment will be at his home.
