Appreciation

The entire Njamuku family thank the Almighty God for the life of our mother the late Ferista Wambui Niamuku. We thank our Heavenly Father for the privilege of sharing great and wonderful memories with a great mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and a friend to many.

As a family we extend our heartfelt appreciation to all those who stood and supported us with their prayers, time, resources, calls, condolence messages and great generosity during these difficult and trying moments. Sincere thanks to all our friends who overwhelmingly turned up in large numbers to give our mum a befitting send off on 05/11/2020 in Makuyu.

Special thanks to all the Priests who celebrated Mass in their parishes for our beloved mother, those who visited and celebrated Mass at Kamau Njamuku’s residence and more so those who accompanied us to celebrate the burial Mass at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church-Ndera, Makuyu led by Fr Phillip Wahome of St. Charles Lwanga Ngangarithi Catholic Parish and Fr. David Kariuki Kagai.

Our profound gratitude to the organising committee and various institutions and groups, namely-, Biashara Sacco, Rware Welfare Initiative (G40), Ngangarithi Neighbourhood, Eleven Wings, Family Bank, Equity Bank, KUSCCO, CIC Insurance, Lanstar Technologies Ltd, Lichi security, Regent Valuers, Giant Auctioneers, Antotech Auctioneers, St Charles Lwanga Parish and St Joseph The Worker Local Church — Ndera among others for their support as we bid farewell to our loving mum.

Appreciation

We, the family of Col. (Rtd) Francis Ndunda Mwenze of Syokimau and Wetaa Village, Mwala Sub-County, Machakos County, would like to sincerely express our gratitude for the gracious prayers, incredible kindness and generous support accorded to us during the funeral arrangements and subsequent interment of Josephine Kathule Ndunda Mwenze on October 15th, 2020.

We would especially like to thank the personnel of Mariakani Cottage and Nairobi Womens Hospitals. We greatly appreciate the various committees formed during the mourning period to accord the late Mrs. Ndunda, a dignified send-off, mainly in Syokimau and Wetaa. We recognize the immense support accorded to us by both retired and serving Officers of the KDF and we are most thankful.

In a very special way, we thank our In-Laws; Martin Kenyanjui (Mutaratara) & Kioni Family, Bernard Masiga Family and the Osiro & Oduor family who warmly, tirelessly, and closely stood with us.Thank you very much Christway Church Mlolongo and AlC\Netaa Church, who ensured provision of much needed spiritual nourishment.We extend tons of appreciation to organized groups, WILCO, Syokimau OASIS, Shakinah Group, Mutoo, Kiwi and Eldoret Groups, SYOKIFAWE Connect and SYOLARUM Friends.

We express lots of gratitude to the Ministry of East African Community and Regional Development, Containers 254 Ltd, KEPROBA, Edgar Mutua’s JKUAT Classmates, as well as those friends and family outside the Kenyan territory. We abundantly thank all the service providers led by Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Pera Flora Decorators, FACHIMO Florist, Shammah Hotel Masii, Gadaffi Tents Masii, MC Alex Ngila, to mention a few, and the Administration in Mwala.

Since we are not able to individually reach all those who came out to stand with us and demonstrate their love for our late Josephine Kathule Ndunda, we hereby post this piece, to express our appreciation of your support that enabled us give Mum a befitting send-off, May God handsomely bless you. We the family of the departed Hon. Peter Kiiru Chomba M.C.A of Huruma Ward, Uasin Gishu county, would like to sincerely express ourgratitude for the incredible kindness and support accorded to us during the funeral arrangements and subsequent interment two weeks ago.

We would especially like to thank the President of the Republic of Kenya Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President Dr.William Ruto, the County Government of Uasin Gishu both Executive and Assembly led by Governor Jackson K. Mandago, Speaker of Uasin Gishu County Assembly David Kiplagat and all those below them MCAs, CECs, COs and workers of both arms of Uasin Gishu County Government, Governor Lee Kinyanjui of Nakuru County, Hon. We appreciate the various committees formed during the mourning period in order to accord our hero a befitting send-off led by Charles Kariuki of Paul’s Bakery- Eldoret, Uasin Gishu Business community committee led by Mr. Zakayo, the great people of Huruma Ward, friends from within and outside Uasin Gishu County. We cannot forget the outstanding co-ordination by Hon. Francis Muya Mwangi, MCA Langas Ward, Uasin Gishu County, who was able to manage co-ordinating all the above-mentioned groups. To “Team Chomba”, security team of which was led by the youths and dedicated team of ushers from all quarters of our business community, we cannot emphasize our gratitude as you ensured that the funeral was well secured as well as MoH adherence to Covid-19 rules and regulations.

To Ruth Muya, our Eldoret Family, online co-ordination, and treasurer, we have no words other than thank you, thank you and may God bless you abundantly. We cannot forget the immense support from; Bishop Mike Bittok of Now Family Church, Pastor Kamau, Pastor Karanja and all other pastors for the prayers, emotional & financial support during the grieving period. We would also like to extend our appreciation to Sonik Caterers, Corporate Events, Raiply- Eldoret for your generosity in granting use of Huruma grounds & Delight funeral Service for all the assistance they offered to us during the funeral. To all our family and friends who called, visited, sent messages of condolences to comfort us as at undoubtedly what has been an exceedingly difficult chapter in our lives.

Appreciation

It has been two months since we laid you to rest our dear Wambeti, but as you would have wished, rather than focus on who we have lost, we choose to remember your all-encompassing heart and all the amazing and unique things that made you who you were. With you forever in our hearts, we sincerely thank the Almighty God for the life He granted to our dear beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, auntie, cousin, niece, grandmother and friend.

We wish to thank Wambeti’s larger than life family and friends for not only being part of our lives but for being part of hers and for the beautiful send-off you gave to our Wambeti. Your support and strength are not taken for granted and our thanks will never be enough to convey our appreciation for what you have all done for us.

Finally, we wish to thank Dr. Jacqueline Kitulu and Dr. Gladwell Kiarie and their medical teams who tirelessly attended to Wambeti at the Nairobi Hospital. Your effort and care will be remembered always and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
