Son of the late Albert Okoth Oniare and Magdalena Anyango Okoth. Husband of the late Sylvia Akinyi Oduor and Sally Oduor. Father of Lyne Venessa , Joseph Wonder and David Praise. Brother of Dennis Okoth (Bar Agulu Pri. Siaya), Isaiah Okoth (MD, Rift Valley Railways ), Antoney Okoth (Starcom System Solutions Ltd.), Walter Okoth, Patrick Okoth, Millicent Obonyo, Abungu, Henry, Ernest, Fredrick, Cousin of Makoniare Shem,Alice Kwena, Geoffrey Otieno (Enreal) and many more. Brother-in-law of Josephine, Elke, Christine, Eunice, Doris. Son-in-law of the Late Elphas Oswago and Ruth Akoth Oswago, Samwel and Elizabeth Amukumbi.

The cortege will leave Star Mortuary Kisumu on April 28, 2017.The Funeral will take place on 29th April 2017 at his home in Sit village East Ugenya Location, Siaya County.
