Retired Elder James Muriuki Josiah

It is with humble acceptace of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Retired Elder James Muriuki Josiah of PCEA Kirimara East Presbytery, Kibirigwi Parish, which occured on 21st April 2017.
Loving husband of the late Miriam Karungari Muriuki. Son to the late Josiah and the late Susana Karanja. Son in law to the late Benson and late Felicia Nyuguto.
Brother of Rose Njoki Maina, the late Abijah Wairimu Mutahi and the late Beatrice Wairimu Mwangi.
Beloved father of Victoria Njeri and Kamau Gathu, Patrick Maina and Mary Wanjiku, Michael Nyuguto and Terry Wambui, the late Pauline Muthoni, Janerose Njoki and Alex Gitari, Ruth Wangui and Macharia Waithanji, Eric Ngari and Jackline Wanja. He leaves behind 18 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren. Prayers are going on daily at his home in Kibirigwi, Ndia, Kirinyaga, and also at All Saints Cathedral on 26th and Thursday 27th April. The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary (Karatina) on Friday 28th April at 7.3Oam. Funeral service will be held same day at PCEA Kibirigwi Church from I Oam.Thereafter burial at his home.
