David Makena Mutungi

We regret to announce the untimely death of David Makena Mutungi, through a fatal road accident at the eastern bypass in Ruai.

Son of the late Mutungi Ndambuki and Loisa Kavuli Mutungi. Beloved husband of Grace Makena (Father Heeran Girls). Father of Daniel Mutungi (Kinyui Boys’s High School), Anne Mbula, Brenda / Kelvin Makena. Father in law of Mary Mukulu. Grandfather of Alfie Makena. Brother of James Musyoka and Gideon Manthi. Brother in law of Monica Musyoka, Rose Manthi. Uncle of Doreen Kavuli, Irene Muthanji, Henry Mutiso, Carol Mueni, Doris Kavuli and Evans Mutungi.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Maria Green (Tala) and Jaffers Hotel, Afya Centre at 5pm.

The cortege leaves KU Mortuary at 7am on Friday 21^st April 2017. Funeral service will be at Kalandini Citadel. Burial thereafter at his Mbuni Village home.
