It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved Mzee Enderea Mwaniki Mbiti of Karimari Village, Mbeere South Sub-County Embu County.

Son of the late Mbiti Mugambia and the late Grace Anna lruma. Husband of the late Joyce Ngugi and Naomi Mbandi, brother of the late Harrison Munyi, late Shunem Mairu, Jerusha lrima and Prof Godfrey Nguru.

Beloved Father of Esther Mwendia and late Patrick Nyaga, Peris Muthoni, Lucy Mwendia and Evans Njue, Virginia Ngithi and Bejamin Ngari, Ephraim Njeru and Sarah Ndegi, Madline Ndegi, and Silas Mbogo, Robert Ndaru and Rose Muthoni, Alfred Njeru and Naomi Ndegi, Bernice Ndegi and James Gatere, the late Charity Muthoni, Purity Mairu, the late Anthony Njue, Peter Mathuri and Jane Wanjue, Dickson Kariuki and Cathrene Njeri, Eunice Mutitu and Martin Muigai and Elizabeth Ngithi. Brother in-law of Joseph Munene, the late Daudi Njuki late Betty Njoki, the late Eunice Mbuya and Prof. Faith Wariara. He has 56 Grandchildren, 44 great grand children and 2 great great grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home on Friday 23rd Dec 2016 at 9am for the Funeral Service at his home, Karimari village near Kiritiri market.

Other family members and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi from 5m on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st Dec 2016.
