Eric Ochieng Waoh (“Pape”)

With deep sorrow and in humble acceptance of God’s, the Waoh Family announces the untimely and tragic passing of our beloved Eric “Pape” Ochieng Waoh on 11th July 2026 following a tragic road accident along Mbagathi Road.

Beloved son of the late Emmanuel Waoh Onyango and Loice Aoko Waoh. Loving brother of the late Jackline Awuor, Maureen Waoh-Tobin, Brenda Waoh, the late Olga Waoh, and Martin (Ken) Ogila.

Cherished uncle of Elvis Collins Otieno,Arnold Odero, Jibril Waoh, Ian Duncan Okoth, Thelma Julia Achieng and Samantha Loice.

Beloved grandson of the late Mzee Simon Anyango Waoh, the late Mania Magdalene, the late Mama Anne, the late Mama Clementina (Kitale), the late Mzee Elkana Ogila, the late Mama Abigail Rancia, and the late Rispa Adoyo.

Nephew of the late James, Opiyo,Atieno, late Esdor, Fr John. Leonidah, Margaret. Charles, Martin. Ngesa and many others.

Cousin of Washington, Amen, Dorcas, Florence, Magdalene, Selestine, Laureen, Elton,Winnie, and many others.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 30th July 2026, at Don Bosco Church, Upper Hill, Nairobi, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

The cortege will depart Nairobi for Kitale on Friday, 3 I st July 2026, where an overnight vigil will be held at his parents. home. The burial service and final rites will take place on Saturday, 1st August 2026, from 10.00 a.m. at the family home in Kitale.
