Esther Wanjiru Macharia

It is with humble acceptance that we announce the promotion to glory of Esther Wanjiru Macharia of Old Ngara Estate on the 12th December 2016 following a long illness while in the USA.

Wife of the late Robinson Ngochua Macharia. Sister of Moses Muniu, Naomi Wanjiku, Eunice Njeri, Nelson Kibe, Faith Waithera, Mary Nyokabi, John Thungu and Jane Wambui. Mother of James Mukundi, Rachel Nyingi of Georgia (USA), Phylis Wanjiru, Mercy Macharia of Nebraska (USA), Catherine Wairimu and Boniface Macharia. She has left behind 15 grand children.

She will be laid to rest on Friday 23rd December 2016. Family and friends will gather at Kenyatta University funeral home at 6am and thereafter proceed to Nyahururu where she will be laid to rest.
