Esther Wathika Kimani

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs Esther Wathika Kimani of Githumu which occurred on 05/01/2017 at AIC Githumu Mission Hospital after a short illness.

Wife of late Kimani Kiunuhe, daughter of late Mr & Mrs. Wakaba Kinyanjui and sister of Lilian Wairimu Menye (Kamunyaka) Flegi Wambui Kihara (Gituru); the late Joel Kinyanjui, Njeri Mbico, Milkah Kabura, Karagu, Perk Asalf, Mugo, Njoroge (Kuogoma) and Warimwe (all of Gituru). Mother of Keziah Nderitu (Othaya), Stanley Kiunuhe (Ol Kalou), Rev. Dr James Wakaba (JKUAT), Joel Kinyanjui (Loitokitok), Emmah W Njoroge (Muchungucha), Lucy Njoki (Kianwe-ini) and the late Ernest Mwaniki. Mother-in-law of James Nderitu (late) Wangari Kiunuhe (late), Njeri Kiunuhe, Rev. Reginah Wakaba, Wairimu Mwaniki, Wairimu Kinyanjui and Jason Njoroge.

Family and friends are, meeting in the afternoon daily at her Kianwen-ini/ Githumu home.

The cortege leaves AIC Githumu Funeral Home at 9am on Friday 13/01/2017 for burial at Kianwen-ini village/ Githumu, Kandara-Murang’a starting 10am.
