We wish to announce the demise of Mr. George Kubai Rugiri of Kaggia Workshop Meru. Son of the late Mzee Wilson Rugiri and the late Zipporah Mububwi. Brother of Angelica Mwarania M’Tuerandu, Rael Munyange M’Anampiu, the late Kaguri Ismael, and James Kiome Rugiri. Husband of Esther Tirindi. Father of Solomon Kimaita (Meru), Jackson Mutuma (Meru,) James Kirimi (Nairobi), Henry Muriithi (Meru), Geoffrey Kiogora (Meru), Mercy Kagwiria (Nairobi), Fridah Kairuthi (MBSA), Caroline Kanana (MBSA) and Miriam Karambu (Nairobi) and adopted Kadogo Njogu (Ishiara). Uncle and cousin of many. Father-in-law of Naomi, the late Evangeline, Emily, Gatwiri and Edna. Doting grandfather of Bondi, Nkirote, Makena, Munene , Kimathi, Belinda, Warren, Gacheri, Mutwiri, Leaky, Pinkstar, Levin, Tiffany, Steffany and Nadia.

The cortege leaves Kiirua Mission Hospital on Friday 17th February 2017 at 11.00am for prayer at St. Andrew’s M.C.K Church- Muruguma and thereafter burial at his home Kathaka Kauti Village, Naari Sublocation Kiirua Location Meru County.
