It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Sisters of St. Joseph of Mombasa announce the death of Sister Anna Makio which occurred on 14th February 2017 at St. Martha Home-Voi.

Beloved daughter of the late Matin Makio and the late Marcella Nasirumbi of Ganjala village, Funyula, Busia County. Sister of the late Helena Egessa, Herennia Siminyu, Francis, the late Linus, Salome Wamalwa, Edward, Lucas, Fredrick, Agnes Tsuma, Martha Sanya, Peter and Wilberforce. Auntie of Scolastica, Gabriel, Mary, Foustine, Caroline, Elizabeth, Anthony, Susan.

The cortege leave Shelter of Hope Hospital Voi mortuary on 16th February 2017, vigil Mass at Bura. Requiem Mass will be at Bura Mother House, burial at sister’s cemetery on 17th February 2017 at 10am.
