It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of James M. Mutuku, which occurred on 13th January 2017 through a tragic accident along Mombasa-Nairobi Highway near Athi-River. He was also a proprietor of Tuke Auto Care, Wote Town, Makueni.

Son of the late Mutuku Musava and the late Mary Muia Mutuku. Beloved husband of Jennifer Kanini. Doting father of Maureen Mumbua (University of Nairobi) and Noella Ndunge. Brother of the late Alex Mutisya, Onesmus Kilonzo (teacher Kaunguni Primary), Fredrick Ngei, the late Mbulwa Maswili, Regina Kalondu, Mwikali Kilula, Nzeli Nzingu and Joyce Kasiva Waema. Uncle of Dominic Katumo, Maswili Kyalo Kilula, Kyende Mutua, Muema Nzingu, Joshua Mutua Waema, Stephen Mutuku Kilonzo (KU), Mwendwa Ngei among others.

Brother-in-law of Sabina Kilonzo, Anna Mutisya and Mumbua Ngei. Son-in-law of Anthony M. Munyao (Cllr), the late Joyce Mumbua and Agnes Mule.

Friends and Relatives are meeting at Cafeteria Nyayo Stadium daily from 6.00p.m, at Wote Town at Hotel Le-Panda-Makueni and at his home in Mbeetwani Village in Mtito Andei, for burial arrangements. There will be a requiem mass on Thursday 19th Jan 2017 at Holy Trinity BuruBuru I Catholic Church from 2.00pm. The main Fundraiser shall be on Thursday 19th January 2017 at Cafeteria Nyayo Stadium from 6.00p.m. The cortege leaves Montenzuma Funeral Home (Machakos) at 7.00a.m on Saturday 21/1/2017. Mass will be held at his home at Mbeetwani Village, Kathekani sub-location Mtito andel, Makueni County then funeral thereafter.
