Uncle Joe took care of us growing up like we were his own kids. He took care of everyone & everything behind the scenes. Uncle Joe & Auntie Julie were the 1st hand example I had on what marriage was growing up. Uncle Joe was like a 2nd dad to me. Always love you & never forget how you’ve ALWAYS been there for us.

His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, he was (and still is) loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. I came in to the Okwach family, not knowing what to expect. I was somewhat nervous but my father in law cased my mind. He made me feel right at home from the first day we met and he welcomed me with open arms and that I wont forget. He has always been there to help, whatever the need may be. He had given himself and so unselfishly. God looked around his garden and found an empty space. Then He looked back on Earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest, God’s garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best. RIP Dad.
Go well son of man, the Lord giveth and taketh. It is well
Rest well Dad.
Fare thee well. I used to draft documents and take to his office for authorization. A warm hearted man and very welcoming. May the good Lord comfort his family.
