Josephine Njoka Miu

It is with deep sorrow but acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Josephine Njoka Miu, which occurred on 27th May 2026 at Mater Hospital after a short illness.

She was the daughter of the late Niwael Namtero and the late William Kilongo Msangi.

She was the dearly loved wife of Salesius Njoka Miu, a devoted and cherished mother of Caroline, Martin, Purity. Grace. Lorna, and Elizabeth, and a loving mother-in-law of Justus Mbora and Viola Tallam. She was a doting grandmother of Gift, Carlos. Josephine Njoka Miu Natasha. Adrian, Theo, and Rita, as well as a cherished sister. aunt. and friend to many.

Funeral arrangements are currently ongoing.

The cortege will leave Gakwegori Funeral Home, Embu at 9AM for funeral service on Thursday. 11th June 2026, 11AM at Kiriari Catholic Church, and thereafter, interment at her Kirigiri-Kiriari home.

Mum, you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, and you have kept the faith. May God give you perfect, eternal rest. Amen.
