Kosetiony Tinderet

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Kosetiony Tinderet, which occurred on 1st June 2026.

He was the beloved son of the late Kipruto and Teriki Tinderet. He was a beloved brother and uncle of the larger Tinderet family, whose lives he touched through his kindness, wisdom, guidance, and unwavering support.

He shared his life’s journey with Jane Cheruiyot and Mariam Keitany. He was a loving and devoted father of Maureen, Walter, Rose, Roxanne, Imani, Faraj, Shamim, and Abdul, and a cherished father-in-law of Anthony lrungu.

He was a proud and affectionate grandfather of Adrian, Kimberly, Melisa, Tendai, Tafari, Ziyah, and Mali, all of whom will forever treasure his love, counsel, and enduring legacy.

The burial service will take place on Saturday, 13th June 2026, at Ololulung’a—lltriben, Narok County.

Though he has departed from our sight, his values, strength, generosity, and the countless lives he touched will remain an enduring legacy for generations to come.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
