It is with profound sorrow and the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Mary Wambui Munyi which occurred on Monday June 19, 2017 at her home in Njiru, Ruai.

Beloved daughter of the late Gacheru Kiiru and Wanjiru Gichanga.

Loving wife of the late Hirum Munyi Wanjau.

Mother of Eunice Wanjiku Mwangi, JenniferWanjiru Mbugua, Jane Njeri Ngari, Julius Ndichu Munyi, the late Stephen Gacheru Munyi, the late Marion Nyambici Makumi, Susan Nyambura Munyi and Joseph Kiiru Munyi.

Sister of the late Kiiru Gacheru, the late Gichanga Gachure, the late Geoffrey Gichure Gacheru, the late Marion Nyambici Gacheru. Most loving mother-in-law of Faith Wambui Njoroge amongst Ephantus Mwangi, Simon Mbugua, Dominic Ngari and Emmanuel Makumi. Aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother of many.

Prayers and meetings will be held daily from 5.30pm at Cider Wood Restaurant next to Lazinos, Nairobi West, at their Boardroom on the 2nd floor.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home, Mbagathi Way, Nairobi, on June 27, 2017 at 8am for a funeral service to be held at the same venue in the Montezuma Chapel at 9am.

Thereafter the burial will take place at her home in Njiru, Ruai.
