It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved mother Rachel Wangu Gichuhi on 21st June 2017 at Avenue Hospital Nairobi.

Daughter of the late Naftary Nguthi & Charity Nguthi. Loving wife of the late Francis Gichuhi.

Mother of Jean Wanjiru (Juja), Michael Wambugu (Mld), Daniel Nguthi (Karatina, Hellen Waweru (Nairobi) and Nicholas Njoroge (MId). Daughter-in-law of the late George Wambugu & Janet Wambugu. Mother-in-law of Edna Mwadulo, Nellius Wangui and Kennedy Waweru. Grandmother of Wangu, Francis, Frank, Evans, Jackie, Nerbert, Abby, Joy and Naomi. Sister of many.

Relatives and Friends are meeting daily at there rural home for funeral arrangements.

Burial will be on 28th June 2017 at her home within Rititi Village, Ceru, Kirimukuyu Location, Karatina Nyeri County.

The hour has come, I have done my best in race. I have run the full distance and have kept faith. 2nd Timothy 4:7. Amen.
