It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Miriam Murugi Mugo which occurred on 21/4/ 0K-17 while undergoing treatment in lndia.Wife of Mr. Simon Mugo Njue, formely of KCB. Mother of Beatrice Ruiru of Compassion International, Leah Mugo, Munyi Mugo of Mombasa Water, Pauline Mugi and Elizabeth Mugo. Mother in law of Nelson Maina of IOM. Grandmother of Deborah, Tabitha, Daniel, Simon, Mapendo, Ruth, Muthoni and Jeff. Daughter of Mzee Danson Karwe and the late Beatrice Wambui. Daughter in law of Mzee Amos Njue and the late Ether Wanjuki. Sister of Ngumo, the late .-.3ithaiga, Esther, King’ori, Hannah, Rachel, Lucy and Mwangi. Sister-in-law of the late Ezekiel, the late Jona, Edward, Peris Abijah, Reuben, Joel, Bedan and the late Daniel. Auntie of many. Family and friends are meeting daily both in Nairobi (Shalom house at Dagoretti corner, behind St.Vincent Catholic Church) and Mombasa (Precious Cafe). A fundraising event will be held on Friday, 28/4/2017 at All Saints Cathedral from 5.30pm and Saturday 29/4/2017 in Mombasa at Precious Café to offset the hospital bill.The cortege leaves Pandya Hospital mortuary on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 at 9.00 am for funeral service at Elim Church Makupa and thereafter to the burial site for interment.
