It is with profound sorrow and humble
acceptance of God’s will that we announce
the passing on of Mzee Charles M’ Arithi
M’ Kugwiria of Gachibi Village, Ithimbari,
Upper Chure, Abogeta West Division on 29th
August, 2016 at Nkubu Consolata Hospital.
Son of the late Mr & Mrs M’ Kugwiria M’
Mukui. Husband of Mrs Aileen Karai Charles.
Father of Gikunda, Marangu, Muriithi, Kirimi,
Bundi, Kinengeni, Kainda, Mbaya, Kithinji,
Nkirote, Mbaabu, Ntinyari, Miriti, Kariamburi,
Late Kaaria and Mugambi. Brother of Mrs
Charity Mutuaruchiu, late Kiragu and Mrs
Jane Marete.
Father in law of Mrs Ann Gikunda, Late Mrs
Hilda Marangu, Mrs Lydia Murithi, Mrs Agnes
Kirimi, Mrs Bilha Bundi, Mrs Stella Kinengeni,
Miriti Magambo, Mrs Catherine Mbaya, Mrs
Mercy Kithinji, Gikunda Muguna, Mrs Rose
Mbaabu, Franklin Gitonga and Mrs Justa Miriti. He was a loving Uncle, Grandfather and
Great-grandfather of many.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and funeral preparations at St.
Andrews P.C.E.A Church, Nairobi as from 5.30 P.M and at his Ithimbari Home.
The cortege leaves Nkubu Hospital Mortuary on 6th September, 2016 at 10.00 A.M for
funeral service and burial at his Ithimbari Home.
