Patrick J. K. Mwangi

1932 – 2017    It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Patrick J. K. Mwangi formely of Kenya Shell Fuel Depot Nairobi, on 30th April 2017 at Nairobi Womens Hospital. Son of the late John Mwangi Kaboro and the late Lucia Wangari of Kiriko Village, Gituamba Location, Kamwangi, Gatundu North in Kiambu County. Husband of Mary Mbalu Mwangi (formerly of Kenyatta Hospital). Father of the late John Mwangi, Lucy Wangari and Stephen Gitau, Simon and Dawn Nsimbila of USA, Paul Kimani and Elizabeth Wangeci. Grandfather of Njeri, Kariuki, Ruby,Tifanny, Ciani and Mary. Uncle, Cousin, and friend of many. Brother of the late Josephine Njeri and the late Ayub Kamau, the late Pauline Wambui and the late Joseph Chege, Magdalene Njoki and the late John Mwangi Kaboca, Francis Mwaura and Mercy Mwaura, Mary Wanjiru and the late Joe Kamau, Dr. Simon Munanda Mwangi and Josephine Nyokabi, Peter Macharia and Nancy Muthoni. Friends and family are meeting daily at his residence in Ngumo Estate, Nairobi off Bagamoyo and Ngobit Roads House Number 63 entering through Ngobit or Bagamoyo
Gates 100 meters from the entrance of Kenyatta Market along Mtongwe road. The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home at 8.00 am on 9th Tuesday 2017 and the funeral service Will be held the same day at the Holy Family Basilica Starting 10.00.am. Burial will follow thereafter at his farm in Katani, Mavoko, Machakos County.
