Roselynn Oronga Esonga

it is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Roselynn Oronga Esonga, which occurred on 30th May 2026 after a long illness bravely borne in dignity and grace.
Roselynn was the eldest child of the late Chief Noah Ambunya and the late Mama Peninah of Ingotse Village, Kakamega. Daughter-in-law of the late Joseph Onduso, Lucia Nyangweso, Luchera and Sabina.
Beloved wife of Charles Esonga Onduso (formerly of KRA). Loving mother of Eugene, Noah and Barry.
Sister of Jonathan, late Ruth, late Judith, late Lilian, Howard, Joy and Abiude.
Sister-in-law of Gladys, Aggrey, Norah, Philister, late Mellah, Jackton, Pauline, Anzu, Norah, Hildah, late Makokha, Swaka, Emily, late Okuyumba, Knight, Paul, Freddie, Khadija Makokha, Okeno, Mark and Manuel.
Roselynn was also an in law of the late Joseph Mukira and John Ochieng’ among others.
Auntie of Linda, Penina, Danielita and Trisha among others.
Niece of the Zephanias, Mutsolis and Alekas among others.
Family, friends, relatives and colleagues are invited to a Fellowship cum Tribute Service and a Fundraiser to assist in meeting Medical and Funeral expenses at the All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi, on Tuesday, 16th June 2026, from 5:00 PM.
A requiem mass will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Ngei Phase I, Lang’ata Nairobi, on Thursday, 18th June 2026, at 10:30 AM.
The funeral service will be held at the family home in Soy (next to Mary Lusweti Primary Schoo1f, ) in Likuyani, Kakamega on Saturday, 20th June 2026, from 10:00 AM followed by her interment.
