It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our mother, Mrs. Rosemary Wambui Mwathi (retired lecturer of Kamwenja Teachers College).
Beloved wife of Mr. Sospeter Nyaga Mwathi, daughter of the late Sospeter Kiama and the late Sophia Muthoni. Sister of Philip Maina, the late Simon Wanjohi, Charity Njeri, Timon Murage, Joseph Kariuki, Apophia Waruguru, Leonard Mugo and Judy Waithera. Loving mother of Michael Muriuki, Patrick Mwangi, Jason Muriithi, Philip Maina, Margaret Wamurang’a, the late Ann Wangechi and Edward Muthigani. Mother-in-law of Karen, Stella, Lilian, Rispah, Samuel and Joyce. Grandmother of Quincy, Prince, Valencia, Reency, Victor, Rosemary, Paul, Liam and David.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 4pm at her Rural home in Kagio (Gatarwa Village), Kirinyaga County.
The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home on Tuesday 18th April, 2017 at 8.30 am to her rural home in Kagio where the Funeral Service and Burial will take place the same day.
