We wish to announce the death of Ruth Lucia Wambui
Kungu of Kiguoya Village, Ithiru Location Kandara,
Muranga County which occurred on 2/5/2017 at Naidu
Hospital Thika.Wife of the late Frederick Kungu Njoroge.
Mother of Peter Njoroge, catechist Ruchu, the late
Michael Mburu, Anthony Mwendia of Thome 5, Nairobi,
Jane Karobia of Makongeni, Thika, Charles Maina of
District Treasury, Kiambu, Margaret Njeri of U.S.A.,
Francis Matheri ofThiwasco,Thika,Elias Kimani of Githurai,
Nairobi, Regina Murigi of Ikundu, Maragua, Joseph Njuguna,
(Kiboko yao), John Kamau of Charles Lwanga Sec, School,
Kandara and Teresia Wanjiku Njoroge. Sister of Teresia
Wambui Gitao of Maragua Ridge, Emily Njambi Ndiritu
of Nyahururu,Consolata Nduta Wachira of Githumu and
Elijah Kimani of Kahiga village. Daughter of the late Josphat
Nguithi and Margaret Gachoki. Step daughter of Leah and
Wanjiru Nguithi. Mother in law of Jane Njoroge, Margaret
Mburu, Betty Mwendia,the late Joseph Karobia,Ann Maina,
Julia Mather’, Felister Kimani, Murigi Gitau, Sarah Njuguna,
Esther Kamau and the late George Njoroge. She has left
many grand and great grandchildren. Relatives and friends
are meeting at her Kiguoya home every day starting at
3.00pm.The cortege will leave General Kago mortuary on
9/5/2017 at 8.30am, thereafter funeral service will be held at her Kiguoya home starting at 12.00 noon
followed by burial at the same place.
