We give thanks to the Almighty God for the life of Samuel Barrack Olonde Odondi who passed away on Saturday, 31/12/2016 while attending service at Suna Central Ward Aroso SDA Church, Migori. Son of late Jakobo Odondi, late Isabella Odero and Dorina Okoth of Karachuonyo, Kital. Husband of the late Kerina Olonde and Keziah Olonde. Father of late Bernard Otieno; the late Rosemary Akinyi; Duncan Odhiambo; late Rhoda Awuor; Beldine Awuor; Collins Agwenge; late Maureen Olonde; late Judith Akinyi; the late Willis Owino; Lynnette Olonde Ouma; Dorothy Achieng’; Christine Olonde Odua; Moses Akuno and Isaac Nyang’aya-Papa. Uncle of Janet Adhiambo, Moses Onyango, Zablon Owalla, Enock Odondi, Duncan Opiyo Ogendo, Wyclife Ouma, Fredrick Okoth, Joab Ambala among others. Grandfather of many. Brother of Charles Onyango, the late Grace Adoyo, the late Plister Ogendo, John, Ouma, late Jairus Odondi, Jane Omundu, late Margaret Odondi, the late Siprosa Odondi, Sam Odondi, Caleb Otieno and Zacharia Odondi. Father-in-law of late Elizabeth Ogwang; late Okeyo; Jane Anino; Nyaseme; Dickens Ouma Magicho; the late Fred Otieno Rangili; Stephen Odua and Ray Adhiambo. Brother-in-law of Roseleah Miguda of Muhoroni, Nereah Okoth of Kamagambo, Steve Ojwang, the late Musa Akuno, the late Samwel Abonyo , the late Elijah Nyang’aya among others.
Family, friends and well-wishers are meeting daily at his Home in Migori starting at 2pm.
The cortege leaves Ombo Hospital at 2.30 m. for a church service to beheld on Thursday, 12/01/2017 at Aroso SDA Church, Suna Central Ward, Migori from 3pm.
Funeral service and burial will be held on Friday, 13/1/2017 at his Home, Wasweta, Migori from 9.30 am.
