Father of David Mwita (MKU), Collins Mahiri, Judith Mosoba (Nyaroha Girls), Tobina Boke, Maurine Nyansato. Step father of Vitalis Chacha (KPS), Yosina Chacha, Joseph Chacha, Emmanuel Mahiri (APS), Tabitha Gisiri. Son-in-law of the late Nyangi Kegancha and the late Pauline Nyanokwe.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on 17/04/17 for burial on 18/04/17 at his home in Sakuri Village, Kuria East Sub County, Migori County.
