It’s with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zachary Mwiti Murithi of the Ministry of Interior and Government Coordination – Meru which occurred on 12th /06/2017 at KNH after a long illness bravery borne. Loving husband of Colline Kananu. Son of Wilson Mwiti and Julia Nthama. Son-in-law of Moris Gitonga and Purity Karimi. Father of Ian Muthomi and Kingsley Murimi. Brother of John Muthee (KDF) Mombasa and David Kaumbuthu (Metrovet Kenya Ltd). Brother-in-law of Jane Muthee, Makena Kaumbuthu, Brenda Kendi and Sharon Mukami. Uncle of Munene, Kanana, Kagwiria, Kimathi, Kirimi, Mwenda, Sharon,Treva, Zuri among others. Cousin Nturibi & Makena, Mutethia & Caro, Martin, Kathurima, Mukiri Gitonga & Nziza, Frida, Nkatha, Kanyiri, Nkirote, Lucy, Rose, Mutua, and Gacheri among others. Nephew Samuel & Jennifer Mwiti & Gakii, sister Isabella, Daniel Muthoni, Kinoti & Karimi, Monica among others. Grandson of Mr & Mrs Harun & Grace M’itwamwari.

Meetings are held daily at home Magundu village ,Meru and at paramount hotel and Nairobi Corner House 5^th floor. The cortege leaves KNH Mortuary, Private Wing on day 20/06/2017 at 5.30am.

Burial will be held at his Home in Magundu village, Ntakira location, lmenti north Meru county on the same day.
