With a heavy heart but in total submission to the will of God, we write to tell the world that our darling sister Edna Shamala Okem is no more. She went to be with the Lord on the evening of Friday, 24th March 2017 at Nairobi Women’s Hospital.

Daughter of the late Jackton Shamala and Margaret Shamala. Loving wife of Uba Okem Idika. Mother of Junior lkechukwu ldika. Daughter-in-law of Uba and Florence Idika. Sister of Kennedy Shamala, Immaculate Shamala and Phanice Mulengwa. Sister-in-law of Alfred Mwangi, Beth Muthoni, Chakubuta Mulengwa, Uche Idika, Chioma Idika.
