Caroline Achieng Nyabwa

It. is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Caroline Achieng Nyabwa at Nairobi West Hospital on 28th May 2026.

Beloved daughter of the late Gershom Nyabwa and Phoebe Atieno, Rhussaliah Okech and Judith Namulanda. Also a cherished “daughter” of Jack Odongo Ogembo, Rachel Odongo and Jackline Otieno all of Nyaduong’ Migori.

Sister of Roger/Lenza, Ben/Janice, Kepher, Tom/Elim, Millie, Lazarus, Grace, Claris, Liz, Tony, Sheba, Jackie, Wilkister. Aunt of Atwech, Tai, Ash, Awuor, Lynn, !pa, Michelle, Janai, Kyeni and Shiku amongst others who loved her dearly. Her aunties Flora, Elsa and Pamela dearly miss her.

Carol was a dear granddaughter of Ndege Omollo (late), Zilpa Orinda (late) Elina Odiwa (late) and Miriam Amila all of Kanyaluo. She was a dear friend of Lucy Wanjiru (Mama Shiko).

She was a member of Mavuno Church where she served her God with a sincere heart.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, 17th June 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Church, Hill City Campus, Athi River (near Greatwall Gardens Phase 1, Pridelands).

There will be an online Funeral Fundraising on Monday, June 15th at 19:00 — 21:00 and one can contribute via PAYBILL No. 4576711-/Account: Your Name.

The burial service will follow on Friday, 19th June 2026 in Nyaduong Village, Suna East, Manyatta Sub-location, Migori County.
