We regret to announce the passing on of Joseph Mwiti-(Mwimo Chemists-Maua) which occurred on Tuesday 18th July, 2017, at Chogoria Hospital.

Husband of Rebecca Jillo. Father of Brian Bundi and Ann Karimi, son of Stephen Tharimbu, the late Martha Nyweri and Janet Kaloki of Mweraonkanga, Tigania West. Son-in-law of Matayo & Ann Dawas of Marsabit. Brother of Thuranira, Mutwiri, Njati, Karinguri, Karel, Murocia & Kangai. Brother-in-law of Araru, Naomi, Loise, Dante, Rose, Saraflna, Susan, Maru,Adih, Rhoda & Christine.

Family and friends are meeting daily at home Luluma village, Midland Hotel Maua and Mabacha village Kianjai from 6.30pm daily for burial preparations. Burial will be on Saturday 29th July 2017 at Mweraonkanga sub-location, Mabacha Village, Kianjai.

Son of the late Jeremiah Kiritu and the late Lydia Wangui. Husband of Tabitha Gathoni (formerly Ngandu girls primary Sch.), father of Christopher Kiritu, Francis Maim (Kenya Airways), Justin Kinyua (Tz), Elizabeth Wangui, Daniel Maingi (Nairobi Hospital) and Edward Mugi. Father-in-law Irene Muthoni, Ann Nduta, Beatrice Wanpru and Wanjohi Kihiu. Grandfather of Melisa, Victoria, Arnold, Angela, Adrian, Njinju, Geraldine and Emelda. Brother of Simon Kinyua, Cecilia Gathoni, late Anna Wamaitha, and late Mary Wangeci. Brother in law of Cecilia Gathoni,Wangai,Wanjohi, Maina and others

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at his home in Mbari ya Kiritu village from 4pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary, Karatina at 8am on Friday 28th July 2017 for funeral service at Ngandu Catholic Parish next to Bishop Gatimu Ngandu Girls H. Sch. at 11am and burial ceremony later at his home in Mbari ya Kiritu village Mathira, Nyeri County.

Beloved husband of Isabella Moraa(Kaputiei Secondary school- Kajiado). Father of Jason (Maseno School), Beldine and Wallace. Son of the late Jason Masese Arasa and late Yunes Kemunto of Kegati/Matongo-Kisii County. Brother of Druscilla Okioma, Silvia Nyambaka, Joyce Kenyoru, Evans Onsembe, Janet Mogire, Getrude Nyachoti, Serafine Nyatichi,Jackline Nyaboke and Nicodemus Arasa. Son-in-law of Mr & Mrs Patrick Onsongo Ayega of Bonyando South Kisii. In-law of late Charles Okioma, Richard Nyambaka, Francis Kenyoru, David Omae, Ben Mogire, Martin Nyachoti (Canada), David Situma, Donald Onsongo and Wycliffe Ombogo.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Munyaka Paramount Hotel (Tea Room) River Rd from 6.30pm. The cortege leaves Kiriaimini Mission Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 29th July 2017 at 9.30am for a service at ACK St John Church, Kiru and thereafter burial at her farm Kagio-ini (Keni) Muranga County.

Mother-in-law of Manyange, John Anunda, Joyce, Stella, Bernadine Chepkoech, Walter Mong’are, Gladys, Daniel Kamau, Jane Wakesho, Kwamboka, and Benson Owino. Korera of the late lsaboke,Anunda, the late Maosa, the late Chepseba, the late Nyang’au, Pacifica, Mr and Mrs Nyambong’i, Mr and Mrs John Karanja, Mr and Mrs Fredrick Mganga, Mr and Mrs Ogembo, and the late Mr and Mrs Nyadero. Relatives and friends will be meeting today, 26th July 2017 at Professional Centre, Nairobi for funeral arrangements from 5.30pm.The burial will take place at her home on Friday 28th July, 2017.
