It is with heavy hearts that we announce the promotion to glory of Evelyn Wangui Kuria Jemwa, who went to be with the Lord on Thursday 19th March 2026 in Nottingham UK after a short illness.

She was the beloved wife of Kingsley Jemwa from Harare, Zimbabwe and residing in Nottingham. She was a devoted mother of Daniela, Amerisa, Rachael, Rafael and Ezekiel.

She was the daughter of David Kuria (Pinnacle Projects Ltd) and Lucy Kuria (Dalu/Royal Fresh Ltd) of Lavington, Nairobi.

She was the daughter-in-law of Alexander Jemwa and Juliana Jemwa.

She was the loving sister of Sharon Nyambura (Watersure, Australia), John Kuria, (Pinnacle Projects Ltd) and Elizabeth Omol (Hali Compliance Group).

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on Friday, the 24th,April 2026 at 8.30 am to arrive at Kumbuka ground, Murengeti, Limuru at 9.30 am. Funeral service will commence at 10.00 am.
