Nancy Nyambura Mathenge

It is with heavy but grateful hearts and acceptance of God’s divine plan that we announce the passing of Nancy Nyambura Mathenge, which occurred on 15th July 2026.

She was a beloved daughter of the late John Mathenge Miigua and Elizabeth Muringi Mathenge.

She was a committed teacher of Madaraka Comprehensive School.

She was a cherished mother of Diana Muringi Wamwere and grandmother of Evans Mathenge, (CITAM Schools Nakuru and Liam Kimani.

Sister of the late Lucas Miigua Mathenge, Francis Githigi Mathenge USA, Peter Muriithi Mathenge USA, Paul Wachira Mathenge USA and Lydia Wanjiru Mathenge-Mwangi USA. Sister in law of the late Beth Murugi Miigua, Anne Miigua, Freshiah Mathenge USA, Elizabeth Mureithi, USA Mary Wangui Wachira, USA, Mwangi Mbogo USA.

She was an aunt of Hilda USA, lynn JKUAT Ryan KU, Amani, Mathenge USA, Riziki USA, Eva USA, Matthew USA, lmani USA, Mitchell USA, Jacob USA, Mbogo USA, Mathenge USA and Gachuhi USA. Nancy was a cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at family home for prayers and funeral arrangements at 3:30pm in Nyonjoro Farm Lanet.

Burial service will take place at Nyonjoro Farm Lanet on 24th July 2026.
