 Born 1940 – Died 15/05/2017   It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the passing on of Paul Mathenge Tigiti of Amboni, Mweiga, Nyeri on Monday 15th May 2017 at Coptic hospital in Nairobi. Loving husband of Lydia Wangui. Son of the late John Mwai and the late Wangari Tigiti: Brother of Kabiru, Gikonyo, Githiga,Wangui, Mwai, Nyaguthii the late Kibira, Kiongo, Muthoni, Karindi, Nyawira, Kanyi,Wanjiru, Ndonga, Wambui, Wangeci. Father of Mwai, Njeri, Kamau, Kibira, Wambui, Wanjiku, Mwangi, Kiongo, Muthoni and the late Wangari. Grandfather of Irene, Mwangi, Wanjiru, Mercy, Bonny, Jackline, Mahenia, Lydia, Wangari, Muriithi, Lee, Bill, Brian, Chris, Joan, Lynnete, Newton, Vivian, Mitchell and Melany. Great grandfather of Mukami,Wahome, Carrison, Calvin,Wanjiku and Njeri. Father-in-law ofWanjiku,Karaya, Kirigo, Koigi, Kaniaru, Murungaru. Burial arrangement meetings and prayers are taking place daily at his home in Kiguru, Amboni and at Holy Family
Basilica, Nairobi (from 6.00pm). There will be a mini fundraiser for the hospital bill on Monday 22nd May 2017 at Garden square starting 4.00.pm. The Cortege leaves outspan Funeral Home in Nyeri on 24th May 2017 at 8.00am and thereafter burial will take place in Kiguru,Amboni, Mweiga, Nyeri.
