It is with humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the death of Wallace Njuguna Muthiga popularly known as Komesha.

He was son of the late Gidraph Muthiga Keru and late Bilha Njeri Njuguna.

Beloved husband of the late Cecilia Nyambura Njuguna and Jane Wairimu Njuguna.

Supportive brother of late James Mburu, late Damaris Wanjiru, late Daniel Muiruri, David Njoroge, Josephine Mugethi, Samuel Ngugi and late Jamlick Kareithi.

Devoted father of Maria Njeri, Jane Wanjiku, Michael Muthiga, George Kang’ethe, Catherine Wanjiru, Margaret Wangui, Martin Mburu and John Kihika. Father-in-law of Mwai Mathenge, Maria Ngamau,Virginia Kang’ethe, Patrick Kuchio, Hannah Mburu and Esther Kihika. Adored grandfather and great grandfather to many.

A devout Catholic and successful businessman who was a good role model to many.

The cortege will leave Mukoe Funeral Home on Tuesday 21st July 2026 at 8 a.m. and proceed to Our Lady of Assumption, Kambaa Catholic Church for a funeral mass at 11.00 a.m. and burial at his home in Gathangari home.
