We regret to announce the passing on of Peter Kiptanui Chemwor, Managing Director of Factual Films Kenya Ltd on Tuesday 21st February 2017. He was son of the late Kipsoini Chemwor and the late Milca Jebande Chemwor. Father of the late Margaret, Mary, Rosebela, Marsha, Caroline, Cynthia, Lucy, Maria, Doreen, Emmanuel, Paul, Daniel, Stephen, Kimutai, Chebet, Fatum and Abraham. Brother of Maria Ronoh, Laban Chemwor, Rhoda Tarus, Kefa Chemwor, John Kipnyango, Elizabeth Ndeto and Noah Chepren. Grandfather of 32 children, great grandfather of 19 children and uncle of many.

Meetings are being held daily at his house on Five Star Road, South C, from 5pm. From Tuesday 28th February to Thursday 2nd March, meetings will also be held at the All Saints Cathedral from 5pm.

She was the daughter of the late Benjamin Khulokoma and Mama Hanna Nasimiyu of Mikuva Village – Webuye, Bungoma County. She is the daughter in law of the late Mzee Githinji Kimata and the late Hannah Wamuyu of Kagumo – Othaya, Nyeri County. Sister of Joash Mutali, Evelyne Naliaka, Joseph Mutoro, Marita Munyereti, Simon Robora, Florence Nekesa and Emily Khayanga.

PCEA Nairobi North Presbytery and Kasarani Parish meets Thursday to Saturday at PCEA Kasarani Church at 5pm. There will be a memorial service on Sunday 26th February 2017 from 3pm at PCEA Kiambu town church and PCEA Kasarani Church.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home, Nakuru, on Tuesday 28th February2017 at 9m followed by a funeral service at Njoro Golf Club at 11am. Burial will be at Rev Simon Githinji’s Jirani Farm the same day.

A mother, a sister, a grandmother, an aunt and a friend to many, who passed away after a long illness on January 24, 2017 at Suhurbar Hospital, MD. USA. Anne was daughter to the late Alex Kanyi Karuga and the late Emily Wanjiku Kanyi. Wife of the late Chief Inspector Benard Kinyenje Kimani; Mother to Lucy Nyambura, the late Charles Kimani, Christine Wanjiku, Esther Waithera and Alex Kanyi. She was mother in law to Alice Kimani, Ohed Kariuki, Thomas Opiyo and Jane Kanyi. Grandmother to Terry, Bernard, Nikita, Muthoni, Kareem, Ann-Loise, Angie, and Gianna. Sister to Josphat Karuga, Charles Mwangi, Margaret Ng’endo Mukoma, Teresia Wambui Mburu, Jane Muthoni Kariuki, Joseph Hinga, Joseph Kambo, Boniface Mugo, John Kamuga, Mary Goretti Munene.
