Mother of Leah Mathitu Kinuthia, Eunice Waniiku Kang’ethe, Jane Wairimu Macharia, Mary Wambui Kinya, Richard Gatheru & Ann, Ben Kiarie Ndorongo & Eunice, Margaret, Mathitu, Kiama, Timothy Ndorongo & Joan, Beatrice Ndorongo, Eliud Gitau & Virginia, the late Ruth Njeri Njoroge, the late George Kibutu, Hellen Wairimu, Anne Wangari, Joseph Githegi & Regina, Esther Njeri, Beth Ngina, Samuel Gitau & Esther, David Karuga & Margaret, and Catherine Wacera Wandeto. She was Auntie, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, great – great grandmother and a heroine of many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at her Mukinye home from 4pm.

There will be prayers at her Mukinye home on Sunday 26th March 2017 from 2pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Friday 31st March 2017 at 8.00am, followed by funeral service and burial at her Mukinye home, Gatundu South at 11am.

The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary Kisumu on Thursday 30th March 2017 at 2.00pm. Burial will take place at her home Kanyaluo Orire School Homa Bay county.

Lang’ata Cemetery where she will be laid to rest at 11am.
