Mother of the late Florah Dang’ana, Fridah Mukolwe, the late Fanice Aleyo, Fason Nadolo, the late Filan Asutsa, the late Dr. Ebi Kimanani,Violet Kimanani, Jael Indulaji, Tom Kimanani and the late William Kimanani. Mother-in-law of the late -Dr. Maurice Dangana, the late Moses Mukolwe, Gaudencia Asutsa, Prof.Tim Johns, Burton Indulaji and Lilian Awinja.
Guku of Marian, Myra, Micah, Agatha, Helgah, Linda, Abraham, Amiani, Mise, Laveen, Lone, Arnold, Audrey, Brian, Esther among others.
Blessed with 32 great grandchildren among themPaul and Aaron.
The body is at Kaimosi Mission Hospital Mortuary Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday 4thApril 2017 at her home in Busali Village,Vihiga County.

Prayers and burial arrangement are being held daily at his home in Jogoo stage Miwa, Kisii county and at his rural home at Manga settlement scheme Nyamira county. The cortege leaves Hema Hospital Mortuary on Sunday 2nd April 2017, for burial at his rural home Manga settlement scheme on Monday 3rd April 2017.

We the family of the late Philip Wachira Gachichio wish to convey our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Almighty God, our relatives, friends, colleagues and well-wishers for the overwhelming support and encouragement we received during the sickness and subsequent demise of Margaret Wamaitha Wachira, our beloved Mum. We are extremely grateful for the moral support. spiritual support through prayers and the financial support in the fundraising that enabled us to clear the hefty hospital bill.
We wish to particularly thank doctors and nurses in Kiria-ini Hospital, Outspan Hospital, Nyeri, (Dr Muturi), Avenue Hospital, Prof. Alice Musibi, Dr. M D Maina and MP Shah Hospital (Dr Davy Paresh, Sr. Gichuki, Sr Esther King’ori and Dr P N. Ngugi, our mum’s long time doctor for the care they accorded to her, National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) and all those who donated blood. We also wish to thank the Full Gospel Church-Gichiche led by Pastor Maina and the other clergy for the spiritual support during the bereavement period. Special thanks goes to the Nairobi Committee led by Paul Thuita (Patmar), the Chinga Committee led by Mrs Esther Wairimu Wachira, all the Guests of Honour during the fundraising, the various groups of friends from Donholm, Nakuru Wachira and Nairobi fuel depots, Committee-Millenium 2000 Hotel Nyamakima for the role you played in raising the money to cover the hefty hospital bill. Our special appreciation goes to Kameme FM team led by Muthoni Kirumba and Mzee Kihenjo for active support in raising awareness when our mum needed blood and for calling out for money towards the main fundraising.

The cortege leaves Portreiz mortuary on 30th March 2017 at 2pm and taken to Chaani Chief’s camp and later leave to Kirinyaga county at I 600hrs. He will be laid to rest at the family farm in Sagana, Gakindu village, Kirinyaga county on 31st March 2017.

Brother of Silah Nyaoke, Nick Asinjo (late), Dr. Zeph Gaya, Elly Ajwang’, Rosa, Odwar, Samson, Johanna, Elisha, Pamela, Teresa, Tabitha, Adhiambo (late), Deborah (late). Uncle and Grandfather to many.

The funeral service will be held at Nairobi Central SDA Church, Milimani on Friday 7th April 2017 at 11.00am. The burial will take place at his home in Saye, on Sunday 9th April 2017.

Friends and family are meeting daily from 5.00pm at House No. 163, Old Kiambu Road (next to Muthaiga Golf Club).
